In 2013, Mid Atlantic Distribution Center Building B became the first warehouse and distribution center in Maryland to achieve LEED certification.  Each of the two distribution centers are single story office/warehouse shells that sit on approximately 50 acres of land.  By increasing the insulation and window specifications, the team was able to design a pair of highly efficient buildings.
