Location: Steeped in American history, our office was designed by the first Baltimore-born architect and once housed the Star Spangled Banner.
Sustainability: Reducing our embodied carbon footprint, we've chosen to work in a building that is over 200 years old. The office is targeting LEED EB O+M Platinum certification using the Arc Performance Pathway.
WalkScore: A true urban experience, our office earned a 99 out of 100 WalkScore.
TransitScore: Moments away from Lightrail, bus lines, and prominent bike lanes, the building achieved an 89 out of 100 TransitScore for easy commuting.
Biomatter: We can't not mention THE TREE. Though not native to our local eco-region, we love our 111-ft Dawn Redwood.
