Situated on a through-lot extending from 9th Street to 9 1/2 Street in Northwest DC, the project is comprised of two primary components: Six market-rate boutique condominiums and a retail space on 9th Street (called ArtView), and three artist live-work spaces and a collaborative multi-purpose space on 9 1/2 Street (called H-Space). The development will embody the value imbued by the integration of art, high quality materials & construction, and a high level of environmental performance including both standard and innovative green strategies.
