She has a strong track record supporting projects from early design through certification, with expertise spanning programs such as ENERGY STAR, DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes, Enterprise Green Communities, and NGBS.

Cindy is known for her ability to translate complex program requirements into clear, actionable strategies for project teams.
