Krystal O’Hara

Krystal is a Principal and co-owner at Lorax Partnerships where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and serves as a client advocate for existing contracts.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Krystal has worked in most positions within the company including proposal management, project management and operations. In her previous role of Managing Director, she oversaw the process and quality of Lorax’s business services from contract execution, workload distribution, and client invoicing.

Krystal has acquired many years of experience and expertise in the sustainability field and demonstrates a keen ability to understand both the technical and process elements of sustainability and green building, In addition to Krystal’s specific green building and LEED knowledge, she has been instrumental in developing sustainability programs for corporate clients, sustainability programs for both public and private institutions, and has a knack for developing operating standards for both the company and clients with multiple building project portfolios. These programs have included general sustainability and LEED specific training to client, corporations, and contractors.
