Brandon Nott

Brandon joined Lorax as a Project Manager in 2023. His credentials as a LEED for Homes Green Rater, HERS Rater, and NGBS Green Verifier have given him the wonderful opportunity to help build a more sustainable future. The structure could be a mixed-use 20-story building or a single-family rancher, each equally essential for our environmental solutions and collective well-being. Understanding excellent design requires quality implementation and cooperation by all, his passion is to be onsite to see projects through completion.  His experience comprises several thousand visual inspections and performance tests that contributed towards certifying LEED Gold MFMR and NGBS Gold projects, Energy Star MFNC buildings, and a multitude of Energy Star Single Family and HERS rated homes.

Be it a stroll through the Walters Art Museum or a jog around Centennial Park, Brandon enjoys colorful landscapes with his favorite music and loved ones. A lover of both the great outdoors and indoors, you will see him enjoying all facets of entertainment from televised sports and movie theaters to live shows and crackling bonfires.
