Fairfield Inn and Suites Owner: Summit Associates Fairfield Inn is the first LEED Gold Hotel in Baltimore. Summit Associates decided early on that they wanted to make the Fairfield Inn and Suites – Baltimore a memorable hospitality experience and a real learning experience focused on sustainable living and development. Guests are given greenware biodegradable cups in their rooms, koozies made from recycled material in the Tavern, and opportunities to recycle throughout the hotel. Guests of the eco suites are provided with bikes within the suite. |
