Kudos to Jacqueline Lusk on participating in the Maryland State Bar Association’s Environmental Section breakfast panel discussion this morning at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation Philip Merrill Environmental Center in Annapolis, Maryland. The breakfast program was entitled, How Many Attorneys Does It Take To Construct A Green Building? Jacqueline spoke on what attorneys need to know regarding unique contract provisions for green building, including changes to contract forms arising from the recent Fourth Circuit decision in Chesapeake Bay Foundation v. Weyerhauser Company.
Jacqueline spoke along side Joshua W. Ballance, Senior Manager and Counsel, AIA Contract Documents, American Institute of Architects and Stuart Kaplow of Stuart D. Kaplow, P.A., Sustainability and Green Building Attorneys. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation Philip Merrill Environmental Center, the World’s first building to receive the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certified recognition, served as a picturesque backdrop for the panel discussion.
Again, we congratulate Jacqueline on being invited as an expert panelist and delivering a stellar presentation!
