Wexford Science and Technology has partnered with Arizona State University to expand the Phoenix Biomedical Campus in downtown Phoenix.  The first phase is a new, seven-story, nearly 250,000 square-foot office space and laboratory building seeking LEED certification, with ASU occupying approximately half of the building.  Wexford has previously partnered with universities across the country, including the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, to create over one million square feet of state-of-the-art LEED Certified lab and office space.
