McCormick Headquarters, located at 24 Schilling Road, is a major renovation of an existing office building in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and will serve as the new global headquarters for McCormick & Co. Over 900 employees will occupy the building, which is pursuing LEED Gold and will feature significant water and energy saving measures, electric vehicle charging, bike-friendly amenities, an expansive green roof and extensive green space on the site.
