2811 Dillon St. is a 6,070 SF office fit out and adaptive reuse project. JP2 Architects wanted to incorporate an open-office concept and included a 1,200 SF mezzanine level. Sustainable design was a key goal from the beginning, with the firm shooting for gold certification. Sustainable upgrades included LED lighting, the installation of EnergySTAR rated appliances, and high quality interior finishes. The project also created new openings with low-e glazing for additional daylighting opportunities. The project has been awarded LEED-CI v2009 Gold Certification!
