PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • 850 PBC utilized microbioretention and native plant species that thrive in the local ecosystem for stormwater management and landscaping. Although it doesn’t rain a lot in Phoenix, when it does it is more important than ever to effectively control stormwater. The site design manages rainfall on site and provides a beautiful desert ecosystem!
  • The location was chosen carefully as part of the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Everything you need is at your fingertips: university buildings, restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the light rail. To encourage more sustainable transit, we also included bike racks and skateboard racks on site.
