The US Attorney’s Office is a 22,500 SF office fit-out that included a full renovation of the entire 8th floor of the building. The Owner of the tenant space was adamant that sustainable design be an integral part of the design process, with features that included energy efficient lighting and HVAC systems, 40% annual water savings, 80% energy savings through the use of EnergySTAR rated appliances, and individual lighting controls for occupants.
