St Paul’s Upper School Building Owner: St Paul’s School The decision to pursue LEED for the St. Paul’s Upper School Building project was made early in the schematic design phase. While moving into the construction phase, it was determined that a LEED Gold certification was not only feasible but likely. A vegetative roof comprised of all native and adaptive species was installed to eliminate the need for irrigation and reduce heat island effect. |
